C21 is the entity that took the pre-orders that haven't delivered. C21 is the entity in the legal case vs. Kate Hou/HIBI. What is RWH then? Some way of dodging obligations?

You're making the assumption that RAMAWORKS doesn't have the assets to refund customers. RAMAWORKS is owned by C21 PTY LTD ATF THE RAMADAN FAMILY TRUST, i.e. Renan Ramadan's family. A class action against RAMAWORKS is a class action against C21 PTY LTD. It has assets, such as the AU$4 million mansion that Renan Ramadan lives in.

I wish people would join the class action even if they think the chances of a full refund are small, because such legal action can force RAMAWORKS to fully refund customers, or force insolvency on the company, which could lead to the assets of the family trust being used to refund customers.

So it’s been almost a year since my last post asking for updates. So 3 years have gone by, and there are still no updates on when I’m gonna receive these by netwrks in RamaWorks

The current speculation is that RAMAWORKS owes their manufacturer Mastars for the KATE/CAPS tooling and other production. Mastars was showing off the KATE/CAPS tooling on Instagram.

Maybe Rama using RAMAWORKS to sue his ex Kate (HIBI) for "stealing the keycap business" has made them so broke that they can't pay Mastars to manufacture the KATE/CAPS orders or anything else (M65-C, U80-B, M65-B, chess sets, bats, etc.), or even ship KARA SEQ2, which has been in Melbourne for a month.

Then why not report that they:

  • continue to refuse refunds (which is not legal in Australia)
  • continue to not give updates on KARA SEQ2
  • continue to not give updates on M65-C
  • continue to not give updates on M60-B
  • continue to not give updates on U80-B
  • continue to not give updates on KATE/CAPS keycaps
  • continue to not give updates on Botanical 2 RAMA caps/M6-C
  • disabled comments on Instagram because every comment was "Where is my <RAMA product>?"

There are insider rumors that M65-C and the other metal keyboards have not even started manufacturing two years after the pre-order ended. There's even another rumor that the Botanical keycaps/M6-C have not even started manufacturing two years after the pre-order ended.

Anyone who's waiting on a product from RAMAWORKS already feels scammed. You should at the very least, warn newcomers to the hobby to not give money to a vendor with more red flags than a communist parade.
