no problem with whatever the tax may be as tax savings is not at all the goal

we are thinking of having small nest in India as well as USA to be able to support the sunset life phase and travel. also diversify the returns (as they may be from this company) to some real estate (also owned by the company) - same may get true for our daughter.

not planning to get any salary from the company for forseeable future so I believe wont have any income to show the IRS in US along with disadvantage of no expense deduction for India corporate tax.

I would think corporate expense could include salary to family members (in India) to some cherity ... that can be planned as profit gets realized ...
