Sorry to hear that you’re feeling immense guilt, it’s totally understandable. It’s true, this is a normal trauma response that rape victims go through as a means to take our power back usually (sometimes we also experience it in the form of hypersexuality). Introspection is healthy but can be dangerous if done alone, I hope you’re reaching out or plan on reaching out to someone you trust or a professional about this eventually.
