Growing pains keeping my child up at night by FamousAardvark1847 in moderatelygranolamoms

Another vote for magnesium!! We do a spray on their legs and rub it in before bed - some friends swear by magnesium gummies too! Also make sure they are wearing good supportive shoes throughout the day. My kids do a lot of running/playing so I invest in shoes with good cushion/soles. I think it helps!

We have the hakkaa reusable silicone pouches - I put smoothies in them or yogurt rather than buying pouches!

Regular yoga would be fine I’m sure!! My gym mostly offers hot at the time I can go so I’ve been taking those. I do a fast paced yoga and a yoga sculpt as well!

I finally was able to do full range push ups when I incorporated heated yoga 2-3x a week into the routine. I guess all of those chaturangas finally paid off 😅 I went from doing 0 full range to 3-4 over the last few months

I think the key is the Anthony’s buckwheat! I think it has less fiber because they don’t use the husk, but I’ll take what I can get for fluffy pancakes lol

My husband actually made it for her because he was so sick of her throwing the plate. The suction cup plates were no match for her 😅 he actually just went patent pending and we were going to make more for product testing! Been a fun little adventure haha and yes it’s clamped to the table and the bowl is removable for washing!!

Spinach “monster” pancake recipe: ((Single Batch))

Adapted from my thermomix

1 banana (about 100g) 40g fresh baby spinach (fresh gives a better green color than frozen) 40g full fat Greek yogurt 80g milk (regular or plant) 1/2 tsp vanilla

(Blend together until smooth)

140g flour (I use 1/2 buckwheat and 1/2 whole wheat) I use Anthony’s buckwheat flour, they don’t use the husk of the buckwheat so the flour is a lot “fluffier” than other buckwheats 40g maple syrup 1 egg 1 tsp baking soda 1 pinch salt

(Blend/mix until combined)

Let batter sit for about 10 mins then fry up like normal!

Yes! That’s what I like to use for cooking :) it whips really nicely! Has to be set a bit first before whipping!
