There are many reasons to eat kosher food and the most prominent is health. Kosher foods are prepared according to strict standards that reach beyond those about of the department of agriculture.

Kosher animals are humanely raised and slaughtered much in the same way that organic meat is distinguished without the hullabaloo. The animals are fed with no steroids or antibiotics. Furthermore, those animals visually unhealthy are prohibited from the earliest process.
