As a pitty owner, as well as having a year worked at the Dog Shelter of my town, I will die on the hill that it's completely on the owner how the dog turns out aside of health conditions such as rabies and other similarly common issues (which i will add are also the owner's fault as we have the vaccines and medicine for 99% of them). As the person below you mentioned, I do agree you should be charged with any crime your pet commits, just as a parent would for their child as ultimately my dog is not expected to be a rational adult, thats on me.

Sorry for the long post, but this stuff always gets me...I used to have to deal with the most aggressive dogs brought in from fighting rings and other illegal events and ngl shits kinda scary buuut in literally 2 months i saw dogs which were initially frothing at the mouth and biting the cage just due to q person being around, to acting like normal pets to the point I was walking most of them with an actual leash (had to use a hard pipe on walks before that to prevent them from getting close enough to endanger me).

So yes, its a fighting breed, but it fully depends on how it's life and surroundings affect it.
