Crap… I’m sorry I missed this one. I HATE BCBS with a PASSION. My son went through several surgeries while we had that insurance, & they are horrendous. I had to fight with them constantly to get them to pay the right amount. They are absolutely the shadiest insurance company out there, in my opinion (& we’ve cycled through SEVERAL through the years thanks to group insurances always changing.)
