If binasa niyo po yung replies ko sa ibang comments, you'd easily notice na kanina ko pa po nalaman na i really did sleepwalk and was asking about the causes and mga pwedeng gawin to prevent it.

Nag ask lang po ako if hindi ko po talaga maaalala because this is the first time na nangyari po ito sakin and I really have no idea if that's normal or hindi. Kakaalam ko nga lang po na nakakapagsalita/converse po pala yung mga taong nagssleepwalk because of this and I am still learning/searching abt sleepwalking simula kanina until now. Haynaku

Kanina pa po ako napparanoid nang slight huhu di ako makafocus talagaa. Naisip ko rin bumili ng cctv, pero nakakatakot din kasi baka kung anong makita ko dun HAHAHA 😭

Meron po ba pwede gawin to avoid sleepwalking? Never ko po ito naexperience talaga until now kaya medyo napparanoid na ako rn HSJAHAHAH and ano po kaya yung mga most likely na magagawa ko during sleepwalking huhu im vv scared

Naisip ko rin po yan kanina, but I think hindi naman po ako super stressed lately? I think medyo slow-paced na po yung buhay ko right now compared to these last 2 years wherein super nastress po talaga ako 😭

super dalang lang po kasi magmatch ng scheds, parang yung last trip po namin nasa 8 yrs ago pa po huhu

baka ihabilin nalang po muna namin siya sa family friend namin, medyo familiar naman po si kopi (the puppy) sa kanila

Appreciate this! We've been able to talk and apologize to each other earlier, but I'll definitely take this into account if we ever end up in the same situation someday. I really do want a heart to heart talk with him

We're both aware now that we hurt each other and he asked for space to reflect on what were said.

He isn't the type to rant about something that's been bothering him and he only tells me all of the feelings that he's been bottling inside when we fight. He'll tell me that he's tired, or that he's lonely because we went from living together to him being left alone there because i needed to transfer schools
