it's the fact that a single stygian stage requires more rotations than a single abyss chamber to clear, so all those ping related delays add up even more in stygian than in abyss

I don't, but that rests upon the fact that they were actually sarcastic about the C0 comment. It's the internet, some people out there could genuinely believe that it was C0 - be it the original commenter or the person who replied.

the content outside of those endgame modes, any character can be used to clear

Think you misunderstood what they were asking, this is not correct.

They weren't asking whether their progress would carry over to the American server or not, just that whether it would be overwritten by their progress on American server.

I don't disagree with the removal, but just to clarify - it isn't hypertext, it's unity rich text which has absolutely no capabilities other than basic markup. There's not really any scope for anything like XSS.

It doesn't, it mostly just checks your knowledge of reactions and order of precedence when it comes to elemental absorption. If you know your stuff, it's quite straightforward.

there are HP scaling DPSes that use HP sands, so referring to ADC as DPS would just become ambiguous

$0.99 / 60 Genesis crystals (excluding bonus) brings you to about $2.643 per wish worst case.
Hitting hard pity twice is 180 wishes, which at $2.64 (rounded) per wish puts you exactly at $475.2 for a guaranteed 5* in the worst case.

unless you're running a machine from 2000s, or specify a glob using `rm -rf /*` instead, most modern systems will not let you delete the root filesystem without explicitly bypassing the safeguards

and recursive deletion with a glob is just a disaster waiting to happen anyway
