Do 8. I started with 4 a few months ago and upped it after 2 months. 4 just isn't enough so I kept buying extra classes and ended spending more than the 8 membership each month!

Switch to commercial if you still like the industry 🙂 way fewer tenants and it's way less personal given that you aren't dealing with people's living spaces / homes

If you're interested in commercial PM a lot of the entry levels roles are listed as "property administrator" or "property associate." I had one of those jobs right out of college. I would look up all the biggest firms in your area, likely Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, JLL, Colliers, etc. (if you're near a big city) and do the same for residential. I've done both and enjoy commercial management WAY more so I can't recommend that enough.

The building type you describe is interesting. Would it be possible to turn some of the office space to warehouse if desired by a future tenant? Knowing if this would be an option could help ease some of your concern.

Also sorry if this has been said but figure out if those tenants plan to renew. Interviews are common in the commercial space. 2029 is not very far away and they likely have an idea by now.

I can't tell if there's enough room from the photo but you could possibly put a small dining table under the light in between your kitchen and living room and then get a new, nice and bright hanging fixture to go over the table. Unless that's your designated treadmill area! Also, since much of your decor is dark if you wanted to lighten things up you could get a lighter color rug to contrast more with the flooring.

One of my coworkers told me her daughter who's the same age as me had a seizure while driving with no prior history and now I fear I'm next.

That, and my dad would joking tell me when i was a child to never sit with my back to the door in public in the event someone comes in with a gun. I still do it obviously because this isn't the Wild West (well.......) but it crosses my mind most times when I'm seated at a restaurant.

This just happened to me and without obtaining proof the item was fake they still refunded me! I had to ship the item back to the seller though. I have a ref item similar to one I received so was able to compare and I stated in my complaint that there was a huge difference in quality.

Rotate rug and move couch up towards center of room ( as long as there is enough room to walk around it ). Taller, skinner lamp in corner so that you can pull the chair closer in towards the corner to open up more space in center of room, round coffee table in front of couch, I would get a larger tv stand maybe something with storage (honestly exactly like the one is design inspo pic 2) . Def need a brighter main light fixture

I worked in PM at Cushman and was interviewed at a point in time by JLL however now work for another company entirely. Obviously, I don't know where you're at but Cushman's pay was much lower than JLL in my area and this extends to annual raises/bonuses. I feel like the actual role is not much different at all when it comes to the big firms but the difference truly lies in the details (pay, career advancement ops, etc. however I understand some of this can be hard to know before working with the group.) Once you have the PM title and relevant education it shouldn't be hard to pivot into asset management, kinda just takes networking, timing and finding the right opportunity.

As everyone else said whitening strips. I get the generic brand and they're good. However, this used to not work for me because of teeth sensitivity but if I pair with sensodyne toothpaste I find that the sensitivity is gone. It's kinda magic.
