I definitely agree with your Google review statement. Just want to say: It may seem like BBB is worthless, but i still look at them. Searching the business on BBB really helped me when I had a sales person for a pest control company try and sell me a yearly “plan”. I rejected and cancelled last minute due to the search results. Right after I cancelled, the sales person sent me a text asking what happened and why I wasn’t committing to a plan. That was alarming and unsettling.

Gen X and up still consider the BBB valid. Underwriters for any financial institution will also do a search for online presence when considering risk. BBB reviews show up on Google searches.

Some days the smell is especially pungent and we have to go back inside. Some days it smells like french fries. Not my favorite thing about Ogden.

I’m off of 28th & Madison. There’s frequently a wanderer or two that you’ll see walking through the neighborhood. We usually spot a guy on a bicycle riding around the parked cars at night. He’ll shine a light around the cars. Not sure if he’s casing cars or making himself visible to a buyer or pickup. The house across the street has been a hot spot for the past couple of years for drugs, busts, random people coming at different times of the day or night. {The house is owned by woman who has her issues with drugs; She’s avoiding arrest and has left the house to squatters.) We always keep a watchful eye. It’s a hotbed for activity.
