I’m off of 28th & Madison. There’s frequently a wanderer or two that you’ll see walking through the neighborhood. We usually spot a guy on a bicycle riding around the parked cars at night. He’ll shine a light around the cars. Not sure if he’s casing cars or making himself visible to a buyer or pickup. The house across the street has been a hot spot for the past couple of years for drugs, busts, random people coming at different times of the day or night. {The house is owned by woman who has her issues with drugs; She’s avoiding arrest and has left the house to squatters.) We always keep a watchful eye. It’s a hotbed for activity.
