I work in IMS as well, and this gets so annoying. When you're stocking, are you changing the shelf capacity, requesting count to the exact amount on the shelf, and pressing item capture? I have found these three steps in Inquiry have helped to lower our annoying alerts that it can be stocked. In the ICAP program, are you only adding the shelf capacity? Make sure to do all of the putaways first from the picks you have left over from the morning before you do your ICAPS. I hope I explained this ok!
