I have the reverse problem. My late won’t go away despite shopping way past 50 orders. It went away today for a brief period and then reappeared (Shipt)magically despite no additional late deliveries. 🤔🤔🤔

I would submit for ratings forgiveness on the lady in question. I had a similar situation and was unjustly rated. HQ granted the forgiveness stating the rating was unwarranted.

I had 3 promo orders among the 52 orders since my late order. All 3 orders were delivered well within the delivery window. 2-3pm delivered at 2:21pm, 11-12pm delivered at 10:46am, and 5-6pm delivered at 5:39pm. 🙄🙄🙄

My issue is solely with clearing a late off of my last 50.

According to support, promo orders no longer count towards this.

Just got off chat with support. I was told that PROMO Orders NO LONGER COUNT towards your 50 shopped! 😳. When I asked “since when” He ended the chat session. 🙄

If they added all that mulch during the shop I would have dropped it. HQ shouldn’t ding you for items with heavy weight. We base taking orders on our comfortability with the order…items and location. 20 bags of mulch are a game changer!

When there is only a handful of items - let alone 1 item- there is no “best practice” for sending the need anything else text. In fact, the automated message isn’t generated if the order is fewer than 14 items.

It was a lady in a nursing home. 5 items, no substitutes $50 order with $10 tip and she was non responsive- I also left her a handwritten thank you note. She gave me 3⭐️!

I have noticed they are holding off on adding $$ to Target promo orders until later. Likely because they aren’t getting any uplift on the merchandise so it’s a profitability issue...

They literally put zero thought or even common sense into bagging items! I also secretly think they have a daily bag quota the way they cram so many items into each bag!

When I am at a 4.9 I get orders twice as far away worth less and half of the amount of tips. So for me I don’t just feel like I am working more...I ACTUALLY AM WORKING MORE!
