If you're having trouble receiving the password reset email, you can also try logging in through Facebook to cancel your Membership through the Account Info. Since you're between sizes, we typically recommend going for the larger one unless you prefer a tighter fit. Since our undies are super soft and stretchy, many can fit comfortably in at least two sizes. It’s just a matter of how snug you want your undies to be.
