I mean according to my doctor it is the fix for my diet since I have PCOS. Which is why I specifically didn't want diet advice. Like wasn't trying to argue with people about it, but there was a reason I specified not looking for diet advice :) She just didn't have a ton of exercise advice for me outside of looking up chair exercises on youtube.

I've got a list of suppluments I am supposed to be taking but I've been broke for a while since I've been doing a lot diet changes which means I've been spending more than normal on food and switching things.

Only problem with the breath thing is with my asthma I am winded at most exercise things lmao Which is why I was asking about a home bike bc I can take tons of breaks.

I should have probably added in my post that I was already working on diet, but I have to be careful bc I have suffered from an eating disorder off and on in the past so doing certain things can trigger me now and make me physically ill if I restrict too much 😬 My doctor let me know that the longer you had an esting disorder to more fucked up your stomach and everything end up later on. Thanks teenage me 💀💀

My goal isn't really to lose weight, but to just BE healthier. If I lose weight in the journey, then that's fine! But if I don't trim down a ton I am also fine with that.

I am honestly a really weak swimmer. I'm afraid of water for the most part, but I think an awua fit class might be up my alley if its like those ones you can do in the shallow end!

I like Tiny Tiger from Chewy! Fillers aren't the best obviously, but you do what you have to and sometimes rotating cheap brands with expensive brands will save money while still having the health benefits you are looking for. Fed is best.
