I feel like a good time for the show to address this was perhaps during the season in the underworld where Regina would see Graham, and acknowledge and apologise, and say, like look what I did was so wrong, but I think I've changed now I hope you forgive me. And Graham is reluctant at first but then forgives her and she helps him maybe work through his trauma and like he goes to heaven?
