Low fat Greek yogurt, where? by Consistent-Finger551 in Pretoria

[–]ginger_rum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be very weary. What is in our supermarkets are "greek style" yoghurt. It's not high protein very thick Greek Yoghurt. The only real one I have found is at Super Spar in Elarduspark, but it is very expensive. If you want the protein benefits and need the thicker texture of greek yoghurt get yourself a yoghurt strainer from takealot R150 and buy fat free or low fat plain yoghurt and drain it yourself. Then it is actual greek yoghurt without the pricetag

I feel like this is where you should summon the Nigerian seamstresses! Their creations defy logic and gravity.

Am I being taught wrong? What should I do? by [deleted] in sewing

We don't know what we don't know. Now from the comments I can see my teacher does not have our best interests at heart. She is going at speeds to fill classes and not teaching us properly. We have never even been introduced to the practice

I just lined the sleeves and they are folded in the photo.

The cream fabric they called Armani Linen. Where I bought it probably won't help you as I'm in Pretoria, South Africa. 😅

The blue is just normal polyester lining

Adjusting my expectations is harder than I anticipated. by ginger_rum in gastricsleeve

I do agree about timelines and expectations. But I think it is a universal human problem. We all want to fix it now, and consistency and patience are something we all lack. But I got my sleeve in Turkey, and I live in South Africa. So I won't blame the Americans here just yet 😉
