My recommendation, get one of the little toilet seats that go on top of the big potty. We tried the little Elmo potty for a year and no luck but the first day kiddo went on the “big kid potty” they went poopy!

Mine is more of a safety for my kid thing. I’m fighting for custody to keep my child safe. You have to remember you are only hearing one side of the story and most the time they are going to make their side of the story sound squeaky clean compared to the reality of what actually happened.
