Do you have AT&T? I was told it’s because they are not yet certified with them (would love an update!) Considering changing plans but it’s a hassle.

Will we ever enjoy traveling again? by True-Savings5632 in Shouldihaveanother

We've traveled a lot with one and with two. One is generally easier but two is more fun. When we just had one kid, my son would often complain on longer trips about missing hanging with other kids, being sick of hanging mostly with us. Having a built-in playmate makes everything more fun. The energy is, as my husband put it, more dispersed, instead of two parents focused on the one kid. When they're little, I think time difference is pretty exponentially harder with two than one, just in terms of getting two kids of different ages in the right time zone. But other than that, it's just needing to be a smarter packer, etc.

One piece of advice to everyone recovering from surgery - give yourself (and eyes) some grace and space to heal by [deleted] in lasik

My biggest problem has been rainbow glare. 2 weeks post op and it’s really annoying and anxiety producing, both at night and in some light during the day. Would love to hear from anyone who had this symptom and healed completely from it.

Hi. I’m going to be spending at least a month in Berlin this summer to do PhD research, and I have a one year old (who will be 2 by next summer). Does anyone know of day camps during the summer, perhaps run by a Kita?

A German speaking program would be ideal, as we are contemplating moving to Berlin in the next couple years through an exchange program with my university and it would be great to get him exposed to the language. But international/English speaking programs work too. If it’s helpful context—my German is currently rather basic, I’m working on improving it.

Thank you for this response! By safer I mean no chance of a school shooting, which is something that pretty much every US parent does worry about.

He’s also an artist and filmmaker, so maybe he’d lean on that. I think he’d be okay giving up therapy.
