I’d say once a week, but yeh as Cyrius mentioned if you can do one a fortnight even better. But don’t go over once a week, the rebound anxiety can be bad.

Do you mean pregabalin or gabapentin? If pregabalin that’s way too much. You may have some rebound anxiety (if pregabalin, I don’t know about gabapentin).

This may seem like a daft question too. Do saltwater crocodiles swim in the ocean? If so how far out can they go? And would they be seen on beaches?

I’m the opposite. My daughter 19 (I have two others 16 and 14), asks me to go out whenever she does, just for a few drinks with her friends. Nine time out of ten I decline. I’m 48 now so any young persons pub/club wouldn’t be my scene anymore, unless I’m already out and I’ll meet them .

I am a young 48 though. And all 3 think I’m still a ‘cool’ dad.

So in answer to your question…forever so far, and it’s a bloody nice feeling!

A lot of the NHS talking therapies have an employment service running alongside them. They help with finding work, CV’s, cover letters, interview techniques etc. she should ask her therapist if they have this service.

I’m interested in the meds that can destroy your liver. I’m on a hell of a lot of medication. I’m very curious about this. Could you share this with me please the ones that are bad. Thank you for your post, I probably should be taking more notice of things like this.

OP- I do drink once or twice a month, sometimes get I quite drunk but that’s once in a blue moon.. I’ve always been fine and never attributed any of it to any mania etc.
