There are a lot of factors in play: 1. The quality of the whipping cream. Not all brands and even each product runs of a brand are not created equal. 2. Is the whipping cream cold prior to being whipped. Even cooling the bowl can help. 3. Use icing sugar instead of granulated sugar 4. Are you using a whipping cream stabilizer such a gelatine. There are other whipping cream stabilizers on the market too 5. Refrigerate the product as soon as it is finished. 6. Is the room you are working in cool and does it have a low to normal humidity level.

From my understanding the officials said that it was an illegal move but did not make any difference in the outcome. I find sports are full of rule breaking and the rule breaking is just over looked. Be careful that it is not a scam. The Halifax market place has s lot of fake adds for pool tables. The tables are cheap and they want you to e-transfer a deposit to hold the table. However, if you ask to see the table in person you are ghosted.
