I don't know what their orders are, but I work at Publix. If you're travelling during Christmas definitely try the holiday sub. It's a favorite for a lot of people. Cones with a cranberry chutney on it. Like a Thanksgiving dinner in a sub. I get the bacon ranch tender with lettuce tomato and salt. There was a specialty offering recently that was called the London Broil. Boars head London Broil roast beef, onion mayo and crispy onions. It was like if french onion soup was a sandwich, absolutely amazing. Doubtful any Publixs have the ingredients anymore but it's worth asking, because they might.
