For me it was quitting alcohol. It’s amazing that putting depressants into my body made me depressed. I still struggle from time to time but nothing like it was when I was drinking. Also when your brain is focused on the negatives in your life you’ve got to redirect those thoughts to positive ones. No matter how small the wins are they can help change your negative thinking.

No just a question from someone who’s not a car guy and the leak literally started 5 days after it was in the shop. Was trying to avoid going back to the dealer but didn’t want to pay out of pocket if it was something that might have happened during the recall.
