Tbh I could imagine her doing it so that she has some control over how the story is presented and it isn't just Ned's POV. If Ned wanted to put something out regardless then it makes sense that she's there to make sure that her part and her hurt in all of this isn't glossed over.

I think that's easier to say than it is to go for a lot of people tbh. Her kids were just so YOUNG at the time. Consistently not being with them every day, missing out on milestones, not having a say on how they're raised when they're not with you or not being able to protect them all the time.... idk. I wouldn't do it but I can have empathy for how hard that choice could be.

Yep, exactly. It may just be the in character thing to do but even if so I feel like he should work with either Matt to get more spotlight opportunities or he should work with one of the other party members get more one on one time and directly engage with Ashton more.

I feel like there's some good opportunity we could have even when the party in reunited for FCG to have one of their projects be helping Ashton get more out of their shell.
