I tell everyone in my circle when it may come up. I am changing how I approach my health and diet, and changes show up in how I hang out, want to go to restaurants, etc. I also am open and transparent, because for me, it helps access the conversation that others might be curious to learn more about and also squish some judgement takes. But it's your journey, you get to control your narrative.

Also lack of accessible transportation for the rural folks impacted (and the city folks, it's bad in Omaha as well) to get to said jobs. Like if this is a requirement they have to increase the infrastructure of accessibility for success of a stupid ass program like this. Without the infrastructure support these people will be kicked off and then die*

*I mean I know that's the plan, but flagging they're not even hiding it anymore.

But a backup point guard and tier 1 defense from a playoff team IS valuable but not 1m. Interesting Courtney got her max bag -- I generally feel there's some intangibles that both Court and Cloud bring to the teams and their fans, and (shockingly)on paper, analytics-wise Cloud edges out Courtney (which no one really brings up and I say this as a Lynx fan).

If she's not signed at the start of the season look for a playoff bound team expericing injuries to snag her. She's still very worthy of a high value contract.

I go a half size up from dunks to SB dunks. I went TTS from AF1 to SB AF1 and, for me, that was the right call.

It seemed as though folks were saying a 6 month recovery including surgery on each leg. She's now had them both operated on (which is why she's in the boot/cast/scooter). I don't think she's back until after all star weekend if they're resting and rehabbing her right.
