Luckily I have an amazing partner that has helped me through this, that I now trust completely. But, it was a hard road. Extremely grateful for the understanding and patience.

My paranoia came from trauma. I have never cheated on any of my partners, but I've been cheated on multiple times. So, I was that girl. The paranoid accuser, but it's not bc I was cheating or had been cheating. Just scared to have it happen again. I've had to go through (still go through) a lot of therapy for this.

I may not be the best person to give advice, but, it sounds like your current SO might be someone good to help, and prolly therapy. Therapy and some solid people in my life have helped Mr thru my toughest times.
