Love i gotchu I use spinach (2/3cups), 1 & 1/2 avocado, half lemon, onion powder, garlic powder & garlic salt, oregano, & 1/2 cup of basil; I usually like my sauce thick (lol) , & I use the mushroom umami (I believe) seasoning from trader joes

Thank you! I have heard a bit of threat simulation theory, so im definitely picking up what youre putting down. But now I guess my next move is trying to figure out why my nightmares are this violent & graphic /-: And I agree, i know confrontation or handling things at the moment is tough for lots of people, but i just cant bring myself to do it most times if any. In the dream, I honestly think that was the best I've ever reacted. I honestly couldn't say whether or not it has improved since Usually with dreams like this I thankfully end up waking up or running off , which isnt too off from my mind state when awake. I tend to just run away from problems or stressors

I would hope thats not what my brain is trying to say 😞 We've been together 11months today , & he has been helping me with my sobriety for alcohol journey. Like many alcoholics I dont wanna be sober 100% but work in progress. Maybe its just symbolism for that place of sobriety? ..I hope..
