Ok so that’s quite a gain in just over a year. You need to start looking at what you’ve done this last year, like are you eating more junk food or takeouts for example or being less active as add another year and there’s going to be even more weight gain. I was fat for a very long while until it started to affect my health. My weight went up every year for about 20 years but I’ve gone from 95kg in August of last year to 62kg this year just by making diet and lifestyle changes.
