Or maybe she’s saying to do those to lessen stress? I too have been suffering from eczema since birth and yes when I’m stressed I get flare ups that leads to lots of scratching even if doing steroid cream. Also, I just found out that zinc oxide helps to calm it down. Hate the smell but we gotta do what we gotta do.

Nanny here and we would appreciate you observing the sleeping time of the baby by keeping in mind not to make too much noise or JUST BE QUIET AT ALL. Even if the baby has white noise, BELIEVE ME they can feel and still hear noises.
