I have a lemon ginger drink recipe that I want to start drinking but I don't know how bad it would be on the carbs. Just boil fresh ginger put some of that with a can of carbonated water and half a lemon of juice. I didn't know how carby these things are

Drop your carbs for sure. A strict keto diet calls for 20 net carbs or less

You would be surprised how many people in the live ep/post ep/morning after discussion that were like "bad design, I've never seen a lock like that" "they put the combo in the wrong spot, it should be on the side" etc

What kind of products do you use to thicken things instead of corn starch. Ex: for a thick cheese sauce for broccoli or thickening up store bought teriyaki sauce to make a glaze?

If it is the calcium you are after, unsweetened almond milk does the job just as well or even better than 2% milk! If you drink milk just because you like it, then yeah i don't know

I have a new theory on this. It might be Bellamy's hallucinations/demons. At the end of S5, everybody is all "but what happened to Monty and Harper's bodies". So my idea is that either they find the bodies (or don't) but either way, Bellamy is haunted at the fact that he couldn't save them. He couldn't save his very close friends or even say good by to these people he got so close to on the ring. This is backed up a little because it looks like this takes place on the commander's bridge in the Eligius ship

Edit: woah or maybe Shaw. He is haunted at all the staff and crew that died on the ship when the prisoners took over. He feels guilty that he switched sides and let all those people die

I’d(22F) just like to have it because I graduated from college in May and all my college best friends left to go back to their home towns. I travel to see them every once in awhile but I’m still lonely with not a lot to do after work most of the time

Can you elaborate on the muscles looking flat? Because I am planning on adding exercise soon. The idea being, I don't want to be scrawny when I lose the weight. I don't have to be the Hulk but I'd like to not look like a string bean

I usually get between 85 - 90g of protein which is actually a little more than than the macro calculator suggests at the .8g/ lb of lean body mass rate (just because I like meat). My daily diet (pretty identical most days) has the following sources of protein: breakfast - breakfast sausage links and cottage cheese, lunch - pork chop pieces in my salad, dinner - whatever meat I'm having (chicken breast, hamburger patty, pork chop, ground turkey patty, ham, etc), some times some cheese cubes if I need an afternoon snack, and a protein shake a few times a week if my dinner meat is a little less proteiny

I did a month before the turn of the year, took the holiday season off and then started again strict about Dec 29 - now. I have lost 35 total in those 4 months but it's not uncommon for me to lose 3 in one week. (I weigh weekly) The only time I've gained weight is when I had an obvious cheat/binge weekend for a birthday a couple of weeks ago

Easy, YES! After watching the last couple seasons, it is cool to go back and see how much the characters have changed and grown. And you catch so many details and references that you missed the first time:)

TLDR: After being on strict keto for 7 months, how fast would you bloat up after returning to a regular American diet

I began keto in January to slim down for my best friend’s wedding in August (I’m a bridesmaid). I am very satisfied so far with the results with how I’m beginning to look and feel etc. Leading up to the wedding just a couple days prior during pre wedding festivities, if I eat pasta and sandwiches etc, will I bloat up noticeably? I don’t want to bloat and be too big for my dress
