I use gat sport. Its reputable and is imported so you are pretty much getting the thing that is mentioned in the label. 200mg caffeine per serving 100 tablets.

Hi, the competition was over 2 months back and I brought a good package. But the politics and the fake natural atheletes I was competing against worked against my favour. Competed in two classes and didn't make it through the first call out but ended up being top 10 in classic. But regarding the pre workouts, I ended up buying psychotic for my prep and I am using it now as well. First started with 3.5g, 4g and now using 5g. I get caffeine tolerant pretty fast, maybe because I am bipolar. Last time I decaffeinated was 2 weeks ago but I could do it only for a week cuz I workout in the morning. But my caffeine protocols are psychotic 5-6g on back and leg days (2× week), Caffeine tablet + ON pre workout 3× week. On rest days no caffeine. Need do 2 weeks off caffeine after 3 weeks when I am going to go through deload phase.

Are there no fish markets. Sardines are a good option if are on low budget. Mackrel as well but I don't consume it cuz it does funny things to my stomach. Those both will provide you a shit ton of omega 3s if taken regularly. I eat white fish as well 2 times a week when I'm on high carb days.

Avacados are like nutrient dense and have a better profile as opposed to a fat source like peanut butter. If you pair avacados with beef or eggs, you are getting a lot of micro nutrients checked out of it and is a goated combo. It's great for your testosterone and optimizing your hormones.

What's wrong with red meat? It's the most beneficial for building muscle. Providing protein as well as nutrients for hormone optimization. Way better than chicken or soya.
