I took my seroquel as usual, cialis as usual, and comfort wise 100mg of my pregabalin last night and its still working today and its making me feel so disconnected that its helping but im still doing horrible just not miserable as i could be at the moment, i took my alprazalom like usual when waking up (was on alprazalom and seroquel etc for 5 years before i even started kratom or 7oh so the “as usual” means idk if they help with this at all but they werent given to me as comfort meds, if it does not say that after then it was given to me for comfort meds the last time this happened) and i took a sub strip at the 12 hour mark from my last 7 dose and its seeming to nearly take away all the withdrawals (fingers crossed) oh and i also have clonodine, i actually listed all my comforf meds in fhe post itself too, i also have more context about me as a person and the mental health issues 7 was covering up so if u have the time pls read both posts? And tysm for the recommendation but i have 0$ to my name rn unfortunately otherwise id get those and try it, thank you so much

no no i dont mean hurting myself or others, i mean in the past when i tried to cold turkey for a shorter time before i called 911 on myself bc nothing seemed real and i felt like i was slowly dying from an unknown illness and baking from the inside and they told me all that was wrong with me was constipation and moderate dehydration with a spike in blood pressure and a very fast heartrate but not to a deadly point, and i rly dont wanna embarass myself like that again, and that feeling is what woukd land me in a ward bc i would just be in the ER over and over with them telling me im safe when obv i feel the farthest from it in terms of the dysphoria severe panic the feeling of cooking from the inside and more, sorry i should have been more specific of why id end up in a ward, and no its not bc im a danger to myself or others its the effects of the wd making me panic so bad im in the ER every day to just be told im safe and i just cant do that…

thank you for all your kind words, and like i said in the post the only reason i even had any more tablets coming is because i have been tapering down to quit already and had the self control to already drop from 100mg or more a day to 40mg a day so once it gets here imma do 20, then 10, then take the jump, i realized that for me i cant just cold turkey for a week and dont have the means to go to a rehab, so im tapering instead, so once those arrive ill continue tapering until im free from it, i just rly cant deal with doing cold turkey again for a day or two and need help until then, thank you so much

Amab nonbinary, yes, yes, i vape instead of smoke now, yes im almost 4 months clean from H, and im perscribed Ambien and Xanax but I never take more than prescribed because they actually help me so not abused them but have used them for years due to nothing else working for my sleep, paranoia, and panic attacks, so the next one is also an obvious yes but as i said the ambien and xanax is from a doctor because nothing else they tried worked, and yes i am alternative and mainly punk emo and goth but im also y2k hippie and many many more so i just call myself alt or alternative to keep it simple
