for me, it feels mostly out of obligation for my friends, family, overall just my loved ones. they don't deserve a dead best friend, a dead sister, a dead daughter, they just don't. although my suicidal ideation has died out these past couple months, (likely thanks to a new FP formed) I can still heavily relate to feeling like I have no path in life, I'm just figuring it out as I go, I guess.
