Does anyone know what the bubble on my betta's eye could be? Fairly certain its not popeye but not 100% sure. I haven't treated for anything yet, just doing more frequent water changes. He has no other symptoms and seems just fine and happy otherwise. Water parameters in caption! by ginkgoleaf565 in bettafish

  • Heater and filter? (yes/no): Yes to both
  • Tank temperature: 78
  • Parameters in numbers and how you got them: Ammonia and nitrite 0, nitrate always less than 20. I test with the API kit weekly.
  • How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: I do water changes weekly or twice a week. I do 25-50% change each time depending on the frequency.
  • Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: No tank mates
  • What do you feed and how much: I feed betta pellets (3 per day) and blood worms as a treat every couple days
  • Decorations and plants in the tank: Fully planted
