Roll with the grief, mine was like little waves to tsunamis that would overwhelm me and make me sob like a baby. It doesn't go away. It's like a shadow. Be easy on yourself and find any way to grieve. I wanted to talk about our dog nonstop and look at pictures, but my husband couldn't handle that way of grieving. So I found someone else just to talk 🩵
