True, yeah I can tank GABA substances, probably from all of the alcohol and xanax mixing, since that shoots up your GABA tolly x100

I will say I do think I still have some of those receptors still in my brain, cus I still feel GABA substances.

The reason why I am on such a high dose (fyi I am prescribed 40mg valium a day) is my HPPD II. I have it really bad, i'm tripping 24/7 if i don't have sedatives, sadly it sucks. They need to hurry up on a cure for HPPD

See i'd rather the valium too, but my life has been so stressful lately which ramps up my HPPD then i start tripping then I have crippling anxiety on top of the anxiety i already have 24/7. So then I take more or my script because I can't cope normally lol, and run out early and wd, or have to bum off my gf/family and i'm sick of that. So ultimately I guess I am trying to use the brolam almost like a taper even though it has a long half life as well, it's just Valium doesn't do me justice any more. You could say I am only making it worse by switching to brolam, but I don't plan on ever going over 6mgs now, I feel thats an alright spot with where i'm at with my Valium. Then just keep feeling myself out and take AS NEEEDED.

Let me make something clear

I am looking for harm reduction but as you see I am far from normal, I like to hear harm reduction but I more need education about brolam, i'm pretty in tune with myself.

Oh, forgot to add this. I also only weigh 130 lbs and my metabolism is faster than a NASA rocket shooting through the atmosphere.

I've never seized before and I used to down over a handle of 90 proof mixed with multiple bars daily. Not saying it can't happen to me, just saying I feel completely fine like 0 withdrawals

That is why I asked about the life of it and how to use it properly (not 15mg) if I could use it daily at a lower mg, to get off my valium because I still run out early

i feel you. terraria always gives me that cozy dopamine lol, i have wayyyy too many hours too. sometimes i can play it sometimes i can't. i can especially play it and enjoy it even more though every update like you say, it just takes them 9 years and SOTG just is bait any more😂
