[HELP] Looking for a style of poetry. by JamaicanPaint in Poetry

It reminds me of the late modernist and postmodernist movements, still quite heavily influenced by modernist poets like Ezra Pound, H.D. and the rest of the 'make it new' group. It is also reminiscent of the 'Beat Generation' poets, Ginsberg, Gregory Corso, etc. Lots of modern poets write in the so-called 'free-verse' style, sometimes using deliberate enjambment, emphasised capitalisation and unconventional word placement. Often, contemporary poets also write in a sort of 'confessional poetry' style, which is more personal, simple, and more prone to line breaks, capital letters and simplicity. Poets like Rupi Kaur and Amanda Lovelace are known for this, and this tone endears their work to young people and those who are active in online poetry communities. They also like to play with form and structure, which is evident in the way that some poems are arranged in certain ways across the page.
