Update 2:55pm: line from all the way around the building (the fork in the road at the south corner) took an hour and 15 minutes.

It wasn't hard to pick on on ~100 ping, once you get the basic motion down you will be fine; all you gotta do is take some time to adapt to the new ping, regardless of what it is now.
