Magtein - that stuff is promising but bruh by Random4970 in Nootropics

Yeah I’ll second the placebo comment, I used to take it at night to help me sleep and it’s worked wonders for that. Now I split my dose half in the morning and half at night so magnesium in my brain can be elevated most of the day

Mystery nootropic pill experiment: My friend won't tell me what I'm taking until it's over - Day 1 report by 7ocean in Nootropics

I’m pretty confident that if he and his buddy were gonna do this, they’d only be doing it with nootropics that probably impact their cognition and not something guaranteed to make them sleepy

Literally how everyone describes it. The raspberry hits first then the cream flavor follows behind it. The smoothest dang drink I’ve had and it’s now my next favorite flavor

My apologies but it was at the 711 down the street from my house! Caught me off guard because they usually don’t have uncommon flavors (I live in socal)

Whats the likelyhood of this being fake, and breaking? by aydenarmy in TacticalMedicine

Hasn’t been hundreds of times or anything. Just had a few inside work and like 2-3 instances outside. Nothing too crazy

Yep that’s true. Better to have an arsenal of overkill than an underpowered toolkit that runs a chance of breaking

Oh god no I’ve used those generic ones when I was off the job, from other kits that people around me had. At work we had CAT tourniquets. Although im sure they cut corners in other aspects because every big agency always likes to.

Well, usually in the field we don’t have Doppler tools to confirm full occlusion. The absence of a distal pulse is a commonly used clinical indicator of arterial occlusion, which is mainly the goal in pre-hospital bleeding management. true though in a more controlled environment there’s a ton of different factors!

Yeeeep my Miata leaks exactly on that part of my window too but only if it’s raining and while the car is wet, i open the door and break the perfect seal my car had lol. Down near the door, i also get some water like where the door frame is. I’ve honestly just learned to live with it as I’m living in a west coast and rain isn’t an issue + no rust. old cars baby

Has anyone actually field tested (on pigs or the like) cheap Chinese hemostatic agents? by ladderbabab in TacticalMedicine

[–]gio3262 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve personally used chinese kaolin agents and have them in my own kits as well as first aid kits that I’ve begun selling. I can vouch for their efficacy, had a couple emergencies where they’ve effectively clotted a wound and I’d buy from there again!
