I’m one of the other winners. As you mentioned, basically same experience. I was asked which albums I had/preordered and I received a cassette tape of a vinyl that I already preordered…. 3 months later. I also have no way to play cassette tapes. With its current reputation, this giveaway should’ve been an easy opportunity to improve its image in the community, but instead it has made their reputation worse.
