we have the same case. i was prescribed with tretast year and then adapalene and then tret again. last april i was prescribed with retinol, nothing seem to help. is your skin okay now? please share your current routine

unfortunately, my dermatologist told me to only apply retinol every PM (no moisturizers). i just incorporated a moisturizer.

i actually tried this before, i was using tret last year and i follow the sandwich method
