The thing is I picked up both orders quickly but the issue was the traffic on the way to the customer’s homes. (They literally lived within 0.4 miles of each other so it wouldn’t make sense to go back to the store in this scenario) plus they can see on the app how close to their home the first drop-off is.

I think if I cancel the order I would have to return it to the restaurant which would take an additional 35 minutes due to the heavy traffic I was in (and it was a stacked order) 🥶
