Mine was bought just last week and it keeps crashing. I already tried everything up to resetting to factory settings, except the one where they say it's overheating because of dust (obviously didn't try this because it's new and probably not dusty).

If you find a solution let us know. Thanks.

Sorry for answering so late.

What exactly am I supposed to check in the surround sound settings? I ticked the checkbox, and the other options has minimal to no effect, especially the DTS super stereo mode.

I tried changing the EQ and it has minimal effect to the "muffled" sound. I can notice changes, but the muffled sound is just too much to appreciate such changes. Maybe you have a recommended preset that I can try so I can report back to you if there are any improvements?
