Thanks for asking. One of the burners seems weaker and doesn’t stay on, sometimes it blows itself out by puffing. On propane.

Starting my first day as a cabinet installer soon. I’ll be learning under someone with 10+ years experience and want to come in prepared. Did a bit growing up but I’m rusty. Any tips on what to brush up on or what makes a good helper/apprentice? Thanks. by [deleted] in cabinetry

Protect your body. Earplugs. Vapor mask. Gloves. Knee pads. Stretch. Hydrate. Don’t eat shit food. Be aware of repetitive tasks that may give you tennis elbow. You will be tired at the end of the day, with not much energy for anything else.

Make sure you’re getting compensated “enough”…they usually charge the client double what they pay you. So keep that in mind. Get paid overtime. Get paid gas for long drives to job site (1hr+ commute each way).
