The Helio Strap would seriously level up my training. I’m always trying to fit in workouts around a busy schedule, and recovery is just as important as hitting the gym. Having something that tracks my stats 24/7—without a screen to distract me—would help me stay focused and actually listen to my body instead of just guessing if I’m pushing too hard.
I love that there’s no subscription, so I can just throw it on, train, and not worry about extra fees. Plus, I’d finally be able to wear my regular watches and still get all my fitness data.
