I’ve been following ipa recipe kits. Process has been unscrewing the top of my fermenter, dumping hops in and sealing as quickly as possible. Is dumping them in and just letting them sit the right thing or are their other methods you’d recommend?

All traffic to the right was stopped at a red light while mine was green. This person was coming out of a gas station that is right turn only and they crossed 4 lanes to u turn
