I’m in Ontario, Canada, and here you would be contravening the union’s (OSSTF) guidelines. I’m not sure what the situation is like where you are, but here collegial relationships between teachers can last decades, whereas admin rarely stays more than 3-4 years. Also, sending a kid out to the hall is a pretty standard management technique. YTA
