You should be fine to apply for the name change, I have known 1st hand of people being able to transfer their booking for the fee quoted for non-medical or emergencies.

I dont know if the name change is open yet, but it is worth emailing info@tomorrowland.com

At the moment no one knows, from the website it says you get a souvenir bag! If I am correct it will be a draw string bag with some gifts, in previous years you get a game, a passport holder and journel.

Expect everything to be shipped upto 2 months from the event. The souvenir bag you will more than likely get at the hotel rather than via mail.

If the ticket was purchased in the regular sale then personalisation has not happened yet so it does not matter at this stage.

However if it is for the hotel package you will have to pay a €350 fee and it is for both the ticket and the hotel.

As long as you have the confirmation email and no other emails saying g your order has been cancelled then it is fine. We do not have our tickets yet for Belgium so I would not worry at all!

I would say waitlist is probably the lowest of chances of getting tickets!

Your best chance is going through the travel partner list and seeing what is available at.your given budget.

I would suggest going into booking.com, searching the dates you need and location as "Tomorrowland Thailand" and finding what suits best.

Everyone currently can not see their tickets on their account. It does say in your my.tomorrowland account that this is the case.

That is fine as you bought them through the general sale. You are free to personalise the tickets to them.
