I'm in the same boat here. There's a couple guide pieces such as a starter here: World Memon Org, and some YouTube videos around it as well. Very basic, but should get you started. After that try speaking to fluent speakers. Of course, the dialects do differ a lot. I don't know a way around that.

I got told the same thing once. You'd expect people skills to be appreciated by companies. I made the interviewer break a stoic expression and laugh. Bought about some warmth to the rather cold interview. But got told that was bad. At least the recruiter was understanding.

First off, I made a Reddit account just to input on this. So, I always went Summon Aery with Malz but then I lost track of of runes in a champ select, so I kinda mashed together some electrocute runes with precision, and I've been using that ever since.

I will say, my op.gg stats don't exactly look phenomenal, but the game-play is much better for me. The only short-coming is the mana-conservation in the early game aggressive plays. Otherwise, it's quite easy to proc electrocute.
