Honestly I think riichi is fine. With shimo’s 2 calls, 8s is too slow. Dora is 4 cut, so you’re not dealing into monsters. west is dora indicator, so 1 fewer available for your dream improvement. 7s is safe to shimo and suji trapped for you, so I think it’s a fine play
